Republic of Code New Logo Winner!

Republic of Code It was a tough decision to make among all the awesome logos which we received, but the members finally voted for the logo designed by Thishan Dissanayake to be the upcoming new logo for Republic of Code. Thishan will be sent an 8GB iPod nano as a prize for designing this logo. Thanks for everyone who participated, voted, and contributed in all sort of ways in making this competition a success.

We will try to update the website’s design and layout to integrate this new logo in the upcoming weeks.

  • Wow! this logo surely deserves a prize. I have also been trying to make a new logo for my website, but I have always overlooked the fact that simplicity is best. I am sure that this remarkable dual-tone logo will also do very well for any merchandise that rolls out.

  • Solid colour solid shapes with curved edged fonts. Hmmm.. speaks a of the solid content from native Khaleeji, quite innovative slant with flexibility curves. Tries in B&W and still standing out! Deserving winner...Mabrook.
